Cancellation Policy

 

At Bose Travels, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while allowing us to manage tour logistics effectively.

1. Cancellation by Participant

  • 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus a non-refundable deposit.
  • 60–89 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
  • 30–59 days before departure: 25% refund of the total trip cost.
  • Less than 30 days: No refund available.

Note: Some trips may have custom cancellation policies, especially those involving third-party bookings (e.g., flights, hotels). These details will be outlined during the booking process.

2. Cancellation by Bose Travels

In rare cases, we may cancel a trip due to low enrollment, natural disasters, health advisories, or other unforeseen events. In such cases:

  • You’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip.
  • We are not responsible for additional costs (flights, hotels, etc.) outside of the tour package unless otherwise specified.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and personal belongings. Proof of coverage may be required for certain tours.
